Cancellation Policy

• deposit are nonrefundable no matter the reason once the appointment has been booked. •If you need to reschedule your appointment you may do so as long as I receive at least a 48 hour notice prior to your appointment otherwise that deposit will be lost and a new deposit will be needed to book a new appointment. A 10min grace period will be given to clients who are running late to their appointment after 10 mins the client will be considered a no show and appointment will be cancelled.
